Community Guidelines

Last Updated: 16 November 2025

Welcome to the community. We are building a space for professionals, creators, and thinkers to connect, share, and learn. Our goal is to create a safe, respectful, and constructive environment for all members. These guidelines are our "rules of the road" and an essential part of our Terms and Conditions. By using our service, you agree to follow them.

1. Be Respectful and Constructive

This is the core rule. Treat other members with respect, even when you disagree. Offer feedback that is constructive and kind. Do not engage in personal attacks, name-calling, trolling, or derailing threads.

2. Harassment and Hateful Conduct

We have a zero-tolerance policy for harassment and hate. Any account engaging in this behavior will be subject to immediate action, including a permanent ban. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Hate Speech: Content that attacks a person or group based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or medical condition.
  • Targeted Harassment: Insulting, threatening, or intimidating a specific individual or group.
  • Threats of Violence: Any threat of harm against others.
  • Doxxing: Sharing someone's private personal information without their permission.
  • Sexual Harassment: Unwanted sexual content, advances, or sexually explicit material.
  • Impersonation: Pretending to be someone you are not.

3. Content Standards: What to Post (and What Not to)

You are responsible for the content you post. Keep your contributions on-topic, safe, and legal. Do not post content that:

  • Promotes or depicts Child Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (CSEA).
  • Promotes, encourages, or provides instruction for terrorism.
  • Is Sexually Explicit: No pornography or graphic nudity.
  • Is Graphically Violent: Do not share content that is gory or promotes violence.
  • Is Illegal: Do not promote or encourage any illegal activities (e.g., selling drugs, fraud).
  • Is Spam: No repetitive, unwanted promotional messages, or financial scams.
  • Is Deceptive: Do not post harmful misinformation or engage in phishing.
  • Violates Copyright: Do not post content you do not own the rights to.

4. No Financial or Legal Advice

You are solely responsible for your own financial and investment decisions. Content shared by users is for informational and educational purposes only and does not constitute financial, legal, or tax advice from The Systematic Thinker Ltd. or its affiliates. We are not liable for any outcomes based on user-generated content.

5. Copyright & Intellectual Property

We respect the intellectual property of others and expect our users to do the same. Do not post content you do not own the rights to. If you believe your copyrighted work has been posted on our service without authorization, please contact us with the following information:

  • A description of the copyrighted work.
  • The location (URL) of the infringing content on our site.
  • Your contact information (name, address, email, phone number).
  • A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on their behalf.

Submit all takedown notices to: support@thesystematicthinker.co.uk.

6. Your Safety Tools: The 'Report' and 'Block' Features

We provide tools to help you manage your experience and keep the community safe.

  • The 'Report' Feature: A tool to flag content (like a post or comment) or a user's profile that you believe violates these guidelines. When you report something, a confidential notice is sent to our moderation team for review. The person you reported will not know it was you.
  • The 'Block' Feature: A tool to immediately control your personal experience. When you block someone, they will not be able to comment on your posts, send you messages, or follow you. You will also not see their content in your feeds.

Please note: Blocking is a personal tool and does not automatically report the user to our team. If they are breaking the rules, please also use the 'Report' feature.

7. Enforcement and Consequences

We take these guidelines seriously. Our team reviews reports to determine if a violation has occurred. When we find a violation, our actions may include:

  • A Formal Warning.
  • Content Removal.
  • Account Suspension.
  • Permanent Ban.
  • Reporting to Authorities: We will actively report any content we believe to be illegal, particularly CSEA or terrorism-related, to UK law enforcement and other relevant authorities, along with the details of the user who posted it.

We reserve the right to remove any content or user from the platform at our discretion, without prior notice.

8. Thank You

Thank you for being part of our community and for helping us keep it a valuable, safe, and welcoming place for everyone.
