Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before accessing or using any content provided by The Systematic Thinker website and its associated courses (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for an account, purchasing a course, or otherwise accessing any content on The Systematic Thinker website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Community Guidelines. All of these policies are incorporated by reference into these Terms.

2. User Accounts & Eligibility

2.1. Age Requirement: The Service is intended for users who are eighteen (18) years of age or older. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

2.2. Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at support@thesystematicthinker.co.uk of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. User-Generated Content (UGC)

3.1. Your Content: You are solely responsible for any data, text, posts, or other content ("User-Generated Content" or "UGC") that you submit to the Service. You retain ownership of your UGC.

3.2. License You Grant to Us: By submitting UGC to the Service, you grant The Systematic Thinker Ltd. a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and transferable license to use, host, display, reproduce, modify (for formatting purposes), and distribute your UGC in connection with operating and providing the Service.

3.3. Responsibility: We do not endorse and are not responsible for any UGC. You acknowledge that any reliance on UGC posted by others is at your own risk. We are not liable for any financial, legal, or other outcomes based on user-generated content.

4. Prohibited Conduct & Community Guidelines

Your use of the Service, particularly any community features, is governed by our Community Guidelines. Failure to adhere to these guidelines constitutes a material breach of these Terms. This includes, but is not limited to, prohibitions on illegal content (including CSEA and terrorism content), hate speech, harassment, spam, and copyright infringement.

5. Our Intellectual Property (Service Content)

All content, materials, courses, modules, lessons, videos, audio, text, graphics, spreadsheets, templates, methodologies, and proprietary systems provided through the Service (collectively, "Content") are the sole and exclusive property of The Systematic Thinker Ltd. and/or its licensors.

The Content is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws of England and Wales, and international treaties. All rights not expressly granted to you in these Terms are reserved by us.

6. License and Permitted Use (Service Content)

Upon purchasing access to any tier of The Systematic Thinker course, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Content for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes only.

You may use the Content for your own personal learning and application, but this does not transfer any ownership rights.

7. Prohibited Use of Service Content

You expressly agree that you will not engage in any of the following prohibited activities with our Content:

• Reproduction or Distribution: You shall not reproduce, duplicate, copy, distribute, share, sell, rent, lease, or otherwise make available any Content to any third party. This includes sharing login credentials.
• Public Display: You shall not publicly display, perform, or broadcast any Content.
• Modification or Derivative Works: You shall not modify, adapt, reverse engineer, or create derivative works based on any Content.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to immediately and without notice terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service if you breach these Terms or our Community Guidelines.

In the event of a breach, you will not be eligible for a refund. We also reserve the right to pursue any and all available legal remedies, including injunctive relief and monetary damages.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service and all Content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any Content or User-Generated Content.

Any examples or case studies are for illustrative purposes only and do not guarantee specific outcomes or profits. All financial decisions you make are your own, and you should consult a professional advisor before making them.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
